CHECK IN
Check in is by 1 p.m. on the first day of your Camper's boarding stay.
CHECK OUT
Check out is by 10 a.m. the day of pickup.
Check out between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. will be charged a half day of daycare rate ($33).
Check out between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. will be charged a full day of daycare rate ($43).
PAYMENTS
All payments are due at drop off. No exceptions
EARLY PICKUP
If pickup is earlier than expected, your account will automatically be credited with store credit that you may use at anytime.
FOOD AND MEDICATIONS
We never charge extra to feed your dog or give medications, and we always have dog-safe foods on hand to help picky pups eat comfortably during their stay.
BEFORE YOU BOARD
To make sure every pup is comfortable and safe, all new dogs complete a new client evaluation, plus a half and full day of daycare before their first overnight stay.
If we haven’t seen your dog in six months or more, we’ll schedule a quick rescreening to help them settle back in smoothly before booking.
