It's time for you to stretch and fall in love with a new pup or two at one of these Illinois puppy yoga events this fall.

We are busy people these days. We know we should do more for our mental health, that we should exercise, relax, drink water and spend time with people and animals that we love.

But, life gets in the way and we don't always check those items off of our to-do lists.
