Illinois Suburb's New Doggie Haunted House Scores a 10 out of 10

Who says Halloween is just for people?

Way back in the day... like last year... Halloween was just for people. Kids who liked to dress up and trick-or-treat, college students who liked to party with jell-o shots at frat parties and adults who just want to relive their younger years and go to bed at a decent hour.

While we sometimes saw people dress up their dogs, that was the extent of the Halloween fun for our furry friends.

This year, there's a new spook in town and it's entirely geared toward your pup.

The Camp Ruff It Doggie Haunted House debuted this October featuring three fully decorated rooms and a long spooky hallway guaranteed to make you laugh and make your dog finally feel like they're a part of Halloween.

Yes the rooms are dark and filled with skeletons but the intent isn't to spook your best buds, it's to engage your dog in enrichment activities that will make all the tails wag.

For just $10 your dog can walk, sniff and wander through the Doggie Haunted House with your family by their side.

Camp Ruff It campers can attend the haunted house this Thursday but anyone can bring their dog for the final spooky afternoon, Sunday, October 25th starting at 4pm.
